Faq and Refounds

Immediately. As soon as you finish the purchase process wait to be redirected to the confirmation page. The same moment you will receive an email with all the download links. If for any reason you should not see our email, contact our support: info@pixelexpand.com

Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for any digital products purchased on our website. If you face issues, contact us for assistance. Given the nature of digital goods (irrespective of the inclusion of a license key), once downloaded, the user gains full access to the product, making it non-returnable for a refund. By downloading the products, users agree to waive their rights to the 14-day cancellation period, as detailed in the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Part 3, Regulation 36).

There are no refunds for your purchase. If you have doubts about the features of the product, contact our support before buying.

The Panel is made for Photoshop, not for Lightroom.  Most of our presets are made for Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw. The Classic Pack and the Pro Pack contains the Photoshop Panel (for Photoshop) and the presets for ACR and Lightroom. For more compatibility related details please read our Terms and Conditions.

Restart Photoshop. The plugin will be under the Plugin Menu in Photoshop. Be sure to use a compatible version of Photoshop. If you have any issues, open a ticket through our support portal, our team answers very quick. 

Head to our support portal where you can find a video on how to import and install Presets. 

This error can happen for a variety of reasons. The most common is that you have an. old version of the panel.

This update is introducing some new features and a new licensing. Some recent Adobe updates were triggering in some rare cases the license more that once and this is why your issue were caused.
