Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital products purchased on our website. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product is downloaded, full access is granted, making it ineligible for a refund—regardless of whether a license key is included. By downloading, users acknowledge and waive their right to the 14-day cancellation period outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Part 3, Regulation 36).

All sales are final. If you have any concerns about the product’s features, we encourage you to contact our support team before making a purchase.

The download links expire for security reasons after several days, if you have not managed to download your files, no worries! Just contact us and we will reactivate the link for you.

We understand the importance of promptly receiving your confirmation email after a purchase. Our email delivery system is highly precise and logs both the delivery and the opening of emails, ensuring that your email should have successfully reached your inbox.

If you haven’t seen your confirmation email from us, here are a few steps to follow:

1. Check Your Email Folders: Sometimes emails might get routed to your Spam, Junk, Promotions. Social, or other folders. Please check these folders for an email with the subject line: “Your Purchase from PixelExpand” sent from “Pixel Expand”.
2. Wait for 5 Minutes: There can be a slight delay in email delivery. If it’s been less than 5 minutes since your payment, please give it a little longer.
3. Contact Support: If you’ve checked your email folders and it’s been over 10 minutes since your payment without receiving the email, please visit our support page at PixelExpand Support. We will resend the links to you as soon as possible.

The reason why you are not getting our email is:

1. The email is arriving in spam, or in another inbox other than the main one
2. The email is getting caught in a user-side filter (your client)
3. The recipient’s ISP is filtering out the email after accepting it for delivery (speak to your ISP)

If any of these should happen, we will send you the links in an alternative method, no worries! 

Depending on the current load of our support team, responses can vary from a few minutes to up to 48 hours.
